Will a laptop fit in the Luxe North-South Bag?
Yes — this is our go-to work tote. At 14" x 13" it holds most 13" laptops or tablets along with files, a water bottle, and everything else you carry to the office.

What is the bag made of?
100% cotton Koala Kanvas with vegan leather handles, metal feet on the base to protect it, and a snap closure. There is no animal leather anywhere on the bag.

How many pockets does it have?
Four: 2 exterior pockets and 2 interior pockets, one on each side inside, so your essentials stay organized and easy to reach.

Can I wear it crossbody?
Yes. It includes a crossbody strap in addition to the vegan leather handles, so you can carry it on the shoulder or hands-free on a commute.

Can I add a monogram or embellishment?
Yes. Use the embellishment button on this page to choose your monogram or embellishment style and embellishment color, then add your letters. If you would rather keep the bag plain, choose the "no embellishment" option. Monogrammed and embellished bags are custom made to order and are not returnable.

How do I clean a cotton canvas leopard tote?
Spot clean only. Blot the cotton Koala Kanvas with a damp cloth and mild soap, wipe the lining clean, and air dry. Skip the washing machine and dryer so the canvas, vegan leather handles, and metal feet keep their shape.

Is leopard print still in style?
Leopard is a true neutral, so it works year-round. This animal print pairs easily with black, denim, white, camel, olive, and pops of pink or red — which is why leopard print bags stay in rotation season after season.

What is your return policy?
New, unused bags that are non-embellished and non-monogrammed can be returned with their original tags and packaging — just email customerservice@quiltedkoala.com within 7 business days of delivery for a Return For Credit (RFC) number. Any bag ordered with an embellishment or monogram is made to order and is not returnable.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States on orders of $35 or more, and a flat $8 rate applies to orders under $35. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
