Are the Bag Tutus and Koala Bands included?
No — Bag Tutus and Koala Bands are sold separately so you can build the combination you want. The bag itself arrives with its 2 exterior detachable clutches.

Can the detachable clutches be used on their own?
Yes. Both exterior clutches snap off and can be carried solo as a small pouch or wristlet-style clutch, then clipped back on when you want the full bag.

What size is the Future Bag?
13" x 12" x 7.75", with an inside zipper compartment and interior pocket. The wide base means it stands up on its own and holds a 13" laptop, water bottle, and daily essentials.

Does it come with a crossbody strap?
Yes. A crossbody strap is included, plus snap closures to keep everything secure.

Can I personalize it?
Yes. Use the embellishment button on this page to choose your monogram or embellishment style and embellishment color, then add your letters. If you would rather keep the bag plain, choose the "no embellishment" option. Monogrammed and embellished bags are custom made to order and are not returnable.

How do I clean it?
Spot clean only. Wipe the interior lining and exterior with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let the bag air dry. We do not recommend machine washing, bleaching, or putting your bag in the dryer.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States on orders of $35 or more, and a flat $8 rate applies to orders under $35. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
